Join the Assembly Accelerator
Working in social impact shouldn’t lead to constant burnout, turnover, or misalignment.
It takes more than a single training to lead with clarity, care, and purpose — you need a community of practice to work through challenges in real-time.
Grow as a manager with best-in-class training, coaching, and community.
We have a limited number of spots in this cohort, so enrollment will be open until we reach capacity or the final deadline on October 29th — whichever comes first.
The Programming
Participants will join a five-week accelerator program Nov. 12th - Dec. 17th including:
5 weekly Assemblies on Wednesdays from 1 - 2:30pm ET: virtual 90-minute sessions featuring training experts, coaches, and peers from the social impact sector
Workshops including:
The Psychology of Managing Others: Building Stronger Relationships
The Art of Managing & Delegating Well
Clear is Kind: Embracing feedback loops & courageous conversations
Weekly small-group executive coaching from coaches that specialize in social impact leadership, including Robbie Ross, Sarah Stern, and more
Access to program-specific Slack channel within Cultivate Community for ongoing, real-time troubleshooting of any people-ops challenges that emerge during this window
